Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting.
• Experience with oncology products, diagnostics, or medical devices, particularly in molecular testing or somatic biomarker testing, strongly preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Product Manager, Oncology to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape the strategy and execution of a molecular oncology product portfolio, ensuring the roadmap aligns with customer needs, operational realities, and business goals. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive product performance, uncover market opportunities, and translate insights into actionable initiatives. The work will have a direct impact on product adoption, portfolio growth, and the advancement of innovative solutions in a highly regulated life sciences environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,600 – $185,700 annually
