Job summary

Grow Therapy is a mental health care platform that connects patients, therapists, and insurance payors to make quality care accessible. This fully remote role supports clients and therapists, troubleshoots via phone and live chat, and advocates for a positive experience.

You will work with Product teams to identify root causes and improve the platform, while handling insurance questions across commercial and government payors and verifying benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial & government payors.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT codes, preferably in mental health.
• Experience with Claim MD or Availty, verifying benefits and reading EOBs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues Clients and Therapists raise via Phone and Live Chat.
• Dig deep into problems to identify root causes and work with Product teams to improve the platform.
• Serve as the customer's go-to resource and advocate, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
