Tempus is seeking a Billing Support Representative to work remotely in the USA. You will be the primary contact for billing questions from patients, clients, and payors, handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring timely, accurate billing support for testing services.

The role requires knowledge of CPT/ICD10 codes, medical terminology, and insurance processes, plus strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of CPT & ICD10 codes, medical terminology, insurance plans & processes.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills; team player.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to clients and patients in a timely and professional manner.
• Use critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve billing issues.
• Handle inquiries across phone, email, chat, or text to aid billing for testing.
• Document all client, patient, and payor interactions in Ambry/Tempus systems.
• Review, identify, and process documents appropriately.
• Understand FAQs regarding Ambry products and processes and use resources as needed.
• Offer one-touch resolution for billing-related inquiries where possible.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
