Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a Billing Solutions Coordinator to resolve Revenue Cycle Management inquiries related to patient billing, eligibility, benefits, and collections. This remote role supports patients, health plans, and clinic staff nationwide with a focus on courteous, accurate service.

The position requires 2+ years in call center healthcare revenue cycle, familiarity with EHRs and billing portals, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment; healthcare revenue cycle experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with EHR systems, call center and phone systems.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Internet and Email.
• Knowledge of major health insurance carriers (in and out-of-network).
• Demonstrated professionalism with confidential patient information.

Responsibilities

• Handle Revenue Cycle department interactions via phone, email, voicemail, faxes, and patient portal with courteous service.
• Communicate with offices and patients to ensure current information.
• Process payment requests from patients and update insurance plans.
• Update portal information for patients as requested.
• Support leadership with daily, weekly, monthly reporting needs.
• Answer patient questions and concerns regarding accounts or centers.
• Work with patients and providers to resolve account challenges and advise next steps.
• Identify potential revenue cycle issues and escalate as needed.
• Review billing transactions for accuracy to resolve posting challenges.
