• Enter, edit, and update group billing configurations in portals.
• Validate data and submit configurations for approval according to procedures.
• Perform QA reviews to identify discrepancies and errors.
• Create and update renewal rates and related billing information.
• Prepare renewal packets and ensure documentation is complete.
• Research and resolve data inconsistencies and configuration issues.
