Job summary

Envision Radiology, LLC is seeking a remote Billing Supervisor to join our team. The role leads day-to-day billing operations and optimizes posting revenue from ERA, patient payments, and lockbox processing.

From 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday, you will supervise the payments team, monitor payer reimbursement, and coordinate with leadership to improve the revenue cycle. This position offers remote work across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Three plus years' experience in healthcare billing with knowledge of coding, payer requirements, authorizations and collections.
• Previous management experience with staff supervision.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, problem solver and team player.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and operations support to the payments team within Billing Services.
• Spearhead workflow strategy for efficient posting of ERA, payments, and lockbox items.
• Monitor and report reimbursement performance to management and stakeholdes.
• Act as escalation point for payer issues and inter-department coordination.
• Maintain staffing schedules and supervision of Billing staff.
• Ensure compliance, policies, and training across the team.
