Job summary

Envision Radiology is seeking a remote Billing Supervisor to join our team. The role leads the payments team, oversees ERA postings, payer reporting and workflow optimization to maximize revenue. This position supervises staff, enforces policies, and collaborates with leadership to ensure accuracy and timely billing.

We offer a standard 8:30AM–5:00PM MST schedule, with an annual pay range of $51,960 to $64,950. Remote work is supported across designated markets in the United States.

Qualifications

• Three plus years' experience in healthcare billing with knowledge of coding, third party payer's billing requirements, authorizations and collections.
• Previous Management experience required with staff supervision.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare or equivalent education, training and experience.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the payments team to ensure optimal results and workflow.
• Spearhead workflow strategy for posting ERA, patient and lockbox payments.
• Monitor reimbursement reporting on insurance payers to Management.
• Escalate and resolve payer issues across departments and vendors.
• Supervise staffing schedules and conduct trainings and evaluations.
