Job summary

Envision Radiology is seeking a remote Billing Supervisor to join our team and lead the payments function. This role oversees daily billing operations, ERA posting, payer analysis, and revenue-cycle optimization, working Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MST.

The position requires 3+ years in healthcare billing with prior supervisory experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Healthcare or equivalent. Benefits include health plans, 401k, ESOP, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Three plus years healthcare billing experience with coding, payers, authorizations, and collections.
• Previous management experience required with staff supervision.
• Knowledge in medical terminology.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily leadership to the payments team within Billing Services and supervises staff.
• Coordinates daily import and posting of ERA, patient and lockbox payments.
• Monitors reimbursement reporting on insurance payers to Management.
• Acts as escalation source and resolves payer issues.
• Maintains staffing schedules and compliance across the team.
