Job summary

Envision Radiology, LLC is seeking a remote Billing Supervisor to join our team. The role leads and manages the payment functions, optimizing posting revenue and ensuring timely billing operations.

You will monitor accounts, collaborate with leadership, and drive performance across the revenue cycle. The position requires healthcare billing experience, prior supervision, and strong communication, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay range of $51,960–$64,950 annually.

Qualifications

• Three plus years' experience in healthcare billing with knowledge of coding, payer requirements, authorizations and collections
• Previous management experience with staff supervision
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Able to navigate multiple screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Able to excel in a fast-paced team environment
• Detail oriented and problem solver with a team mindset
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Provides daily leadership and operations support to the payments team within Billing Services.
• Spearheads workflow strategy to coordinate daily import and posting of ERA, patient and lockbox payments.
• Monitors reimbursement reporting on insurance payers to Management.
• Acts as escalation point for team and departments; resolves payer issues.
• Supervises staffing schedules and departmental staff decisions.
• Maintains compliance, policies, trainings and engagement throughout the team.
• Identifies process improvements and standardization opportunities.
