The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare billing, strong communication skills, and experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday, MST hours, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three plus years' experience in healthcare billing with knowledge of coding and payer requirements.
• Experience in staff supervision and workflow management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the payments team and oversee billing operations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate posting of ERA, patient and lockbox payments and optimize workflows.
• Provide reimbursement reporting to management and resolve payer issues.
• Supervise staffing schedules and ensure compliance with policies.
