• Three plus years' experience in healthcare billing.
• Management experience and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and operations support to the payments team within Billing Services.
• Spearhead workflow strategy to coordinate posting of ERA, patient and lockbox payments.
• Monitor and analyze reimbursement reporting on insurance payers to Management.
• Serve as escalation point and resolve payer issues.
• Supervise and maintain staffing schedules.
• Maintain compliance, policies, trainings and team engagement.
• Research, detect trends and resolve complex payments issues.
