Envision Radiology, LLC seeks a remote Billing Supervisor to lead the payments team and optimize revenue posting. The role oversees daily billing operations, analyzes payer remittance and posting accuracy, and collaborates with leadership to drive performance across the revenue cycle.

The position requires healthcare billing experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach to process improvements. Remote work is supported with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Three plus years' experience in healthcare billing with knowledge of coding, payer requirements, authorizations and collections.
• Previous management experience with staff supervision.
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily leadership and operations support to the payments team within Billing Services.
• Spearheads workflow strategy for daily import and posting of ERA, patient and lockbox payments.
• Monitors reimbursement reporting on insurance payers to Management.
• Acts as escalation source and resolves payer issues.
• Supervises and maintains staffing schedules.
• Maintains compliance, trainings, and engagement within the team.
• Researches trends and resolves complex payments issues across systems.
• Collaborates with other departments and vendors to optimize communications.
• Stays knowledgeable on cash applications and regulatory guidelines for payers.
• Identifies process improvements and standardization.
• Assists with training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
• Forecasts staffing needs with HR for hiring.
