Job summary

Envision Radiology, LLC is seeking a remote Billing Supervisor to join our team. The role leads the payments function, oversees day-to-day billing operations, and works with leadership to optimize the revenue cycle from posting to reconciliation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare billing with supervisory experience and a Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Healthcare. This remote position serves multiple markets nationwide and follows a 8:30AM–5:00PM MST schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare billing with a strong working knowledge of coding and payer requirements.
• Previous management experience required with staff supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Healthcare preferred or equivalent education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily leadership and operations support to the payments team within Billing Services to include supervision of payment systems/sources and staff.
• Spearheads workflow strategy to efficiently coordinate and post ERA, patient and lockbox payments.
• Monitors, analyzes, and provides reimbursement reporting on insurance payers to Management.
• Serves as an escalation source and resource to team and assists in resolving payer issues.
• Supervises and maintains staffing schedules.
• Maintains compliance, policies, trainings and engagement throughout the team.
• Identifies process improvements and standardization opportunities.
• Forecasts staffing needs and coordinates with HR for interviews and hires.
• Other duties as assigned.
