Envision Radiology is seeking a remote Billing Supervisor to lead the payments team and optimize posting revenue across the billing cycle. Qualifications

• Three plus years’ experience in healthcare billing
• Previous management experience with staff supervision
• Knowledge in medical terminology
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
• Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectations
• Strong communication skills & professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Provides daily leadership and operations support to the payments team within Billing Services to ensure optimal results and workflow
• Spearheads workflow strategy for ERA, patient and lockbox payments posting
• Monitors, analyzes, and reports on insurance payer reimbursements
• Serves as escalation source and resolves payer issues
• Supervises and maintains staffing schedules
• Maintains compliance, policies, trainings and engagement throughout the team
• Researches and resolves complex payment issues including payer and vendor problems
• Acts as liaison between departments, Centers and third party vendors
• Remains knowledgeable on cash application processes and payer requirements
• Forecasts staffing needs with HR
• Other duties as assigned
