Job summary

Envision Radiology, LLC is seeking a remote Billing Supervisor to lead the payments team and optimize posting revenue. The role focuses on supervising day-to-day billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing, and collaborating with leadership across departments.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in healthcare billing, strong coding knowledge, and experience supervising staff. Remote work with a Monday–Friday schedule is available, with a competitive annual pay range.

Qualifications

• Three plus years' experience in healthcare billing with knowledge of coding, payer requirements, authorizations and collections.
• Previous management experience with staff supervision.
• Knowledge in medical terminology.
• Detail oriented and able to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and operations support to the payments team within Billing Services.
• Spearhead workflow to post ERA, patient and lockbox payments.
• Monitor reimbursement reporting on insurance payers to management.
• Serve as escalation point for payer issues and department liaison.
• Supervise and maintain staffing schedules.
• Ensure compliance, training, and communications within the team.
