Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices on time.
• Verify billing info, pricing, discounts, taxes, and terms.
• Process credits, refunds, and account corrections.
• Maintain accurate billing records and balances.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and aging information.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare billing reports for management.
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing activities.
