Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a billing specialist to prepare accurate installment and per-claim invoices, allocate revenue to clients and locations, and maintain revenue reporting. This role supports the organization’s billing and finance functions across projects and ensures timely, precise invoicing.

Two years of billing experience and strong Excel/Office skills are preferred. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree in Accounting or Finance favored.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Two years of billing or related experience required.
• Knowledge of general accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Creates accurate installment and per-claim invoices for assigned clients; properly allocates revenue to appropriate clients and company locations.
• Generates and maintains department systems.
• Maintains a system of Recurring Journal Entries to accurately defer annual, semi-annual, and quarterly revenue.
• Keys journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintains client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.
• Creates monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
