Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a Billing Specialist to prepare client installment and per-claim invoices, allocate revenue to clients and locations, and reconcile revenue variances. The role focuses on accurate invoicing, journal entries, and maintaining billing files within a dynamic, global engineering and forensic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Two years of billing or related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Creates accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients; properly allocates revenue to appropriate clients and company locations.
• Generates and maintains department systems.
• Maintains a system of Recurring Journal Entries to defer revenue (annual/semi-annual/quarterly).
• Keys journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintains client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.
• Creates monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
