Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a detail-oriented billing specialist to create installment and per-claim invoices, allocate revenue to clients and locations, and maintain accurate revenue reporting. You will reconcile client accounts, generate monthly variance reports, and support finance with journal entries and billing instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Two years of billing or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of general accounting practices; strong communication and PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• Creates accurate installment and per-claim invoices for assigned clients and allocates revenue to clients and locations.
• Generates and maintains department systems and recurring journal entries to defer revenue.
• Maintains client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.
• Creates monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
• Supports finance with research and resolution of issues.
