Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to create client installment and per-claim invoices, allocate revenue by client and location, and maintain revenue reports. Responsibilities include journal entries, billing files, and variance analysis against budgets.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to quality standards within a full-time remote work setup. Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Two (2) years of billing or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Knowledge of general accounting practices; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Creates accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients; properly allocates revenue to appropriate clients and company locations.
• Generates and maintains department systems.
• Maintains a system of Recurring Journal Entries to defer revenue.
• Keys journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintains client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.
• Creates monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
