Job summary

EFI Global seeks a Billing/Revenue Specialist to create accurate invoices, allocate revenue by client and location, and maintain billing systems. The role reports to accounting and supports recurring journal entries to defer revenue across periods.

You will handle client files, produce variance reports, and assist with quality programs. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree preferred, and at least two years in billing or related work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Two years of billing or related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of general accounting practices; strong communication and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Produces accurate installment and per-claim invoices, allocating revenue to the correct clients and locations.
• Generates and maintains department systems.
• Maintains recurring journal entries to defer revenue across periods.
• Enters journal entries for the accounting staff.
• Keeps client billing files up to date with instructions and contracts.
• Produces monthly revenue vs budget variance reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports quality programs.
