Job summary

EFI Global, a leading engineering and investigative services firm, seeks a billing-focused professional to create client installment and per-claim invoices, maintain revenue reporting by client and location, and reconcile disbursement accounts. The role supports finance with detailed billing processes and variance reporting.

The position requires 2+ years in billing or related work, solid accounting basics, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of billing or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of general accounting practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Creates accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients; properly allocates revenue to appropriate clients and company locations.
• Generates and maintains department systems.
• Maintains a system of Recurring Journal Entries to accurately defer annual, semi-annual, and quarterly revenue.
• Keys journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintains client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.
• Creates monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
