EFI Global is hiring a Billing Specialist to prepare accurate client installments and claim invoices, align revenue by client and location, and deliver thorough revenue reporting packages. The role requires 2 years in billing and solid accounting knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Two years billing or related experience required.
• Knowledge of general accounting practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and send accurate installment and per-claim invoices; allocate revenue to clients and locations.
• Generate and maintain department systems.
• Maintain recurring journal entries to defer revenue (annual/quarterly).
• Enter journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintain client billing files with current instructions and contracts.
• Create monthly revenue vs. budget variance reports.
