Job summary

EFI Global is seeking an accounting professional to create accurate client invoices, allocate revenue to the correct projects and locations, and maintain revenue reporting packages. The role also involves researching and resolving billing issues, reconciling disbursement accounts, and generating variance analyses to compare actuals to budgets.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent) and two years of billing experience, strong communication, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Two (2) years of billing or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Knowledge of general accounting practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients; properly allocates revenue to appropriate clients and company locations.
• Generate and maintain department systems.
• Maintain a system of Recurring Journal Entries to accurately defer annual, semi-annual, and quarterly revenue.
• Keys journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintain client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.
• Create monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
