Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a billing professional to generate accurate client installment and audit invoices, aligned with business line requirements. You will maintain revenue reporting by client and location, and analyze variances against budget.

Responsibilities include reconciling client claim disbursement accounts, delivering invoice reporting packages, and researching issues for internal and external customers. A strong accounting foundation and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Two (2) years of billing or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate installment and per-claim invoices for assigned clients; properly allocates revenue to appropriate clients and company locations.
• Generate and maintain department systems.
• Maintain a system of Recurring Journal Entries to def er annual, semi-annual, and quarterly revenue.
• Keys journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintain client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.
• Create monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support the organization’s quality program(s).
