Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a US-telecommuter, full-time Billing Specialist to create accurate client installment and per-claim invoices, allocating revenue by client and location, and maintaining revenue reporting. The role supports the organization’s billing processes and financial integrity from a remote location.

In this position you will work with cross-functional teams, ensure deadlines are met, and help manage client billing files and journal entries across multiple projects and locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients.
• Allocates revenue to appropriate clients and company locations.
• Maintains department systems.
• Defers annual, semi-annual, and quarterly revenue with recurring journal entries.
• Keys journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintains client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.
• Creates monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
