Job summary

EFI Global is a full-service engineering, fire investigation, environmental and safety consulting firm with global reach. This role focuses on creating accurate client installment and audit invoices, maintaining revenue reporting by client and location, and resolving issues for internal and external customers.

You will input recurring journal entries to defer revenue, reconcile accounts, and deliver invoice reporting packages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Two years of billing or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Creates accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients; properly allocates revenue to appropriate clients and company locations.
• Generates and maintains department systems.
• Maintains a system of Recurring Journal Entries to accurately defer annual, semi-annual, and quarterly revenue.
• Keys journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintains client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.
• Creates monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
