Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior VMRS coding and billing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume work.
• Experience with data entry and office equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact service providers regarding invoice discrepancies or inquiries.
• Determine and mark invoices as Work & Cost Complete (WACC).
• Audit reviews the invoice to ensure no discrepancies and verify customer approval limit to proceed.
• Drag and drop invoices into appropriate events within the system.
• Execute TMCare resets as applicable.
• Process rebills for Roadside and TMCare services.
• Index invoices into the workflow system.
• Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices and audit invoices for correct billing.
• Respond to PO line inquiries and handle overflow calls.
• Undertake additional duties within the Billing department.
