Cox Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist I to join the Billing team in Cherryville, NC or remote. This role handles accurate billing, communicates with service providers, and processes invoices for the Cox Fleet.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with data entry and basic office equipment.
• VMRS coding and billing experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work accurately.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, team setting.

Responsabilidades

• Contact service providers regarding invoice discrepancies or inquiries.
• Determine and mark invoices as Work & Cost Complete (WACC).
• Audit reviews the invoice to ensure no discrepancies and verify customer approval limit to proceed.
• Drag and drop invoices into appropriate events within the system.
• Execute TMCare resets as applicable.
• Process rebills for Roadside and TMCare services.
• Index invoices into the workflow system.
• Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices, and audit invoices to ensure correct billing.
• Respond to Purchase Order (PO) line inquiries and handle overflow calls.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned within the Billing department.
