Based in Cherryville, NC or remote, you will interact with service providers and internal teams, resolving discrepancies and ensuring proper workflow. This is ideal for someone organized, detail-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced billing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoicing.
• Prior VMRS coding and billing exposure is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact service providers regarding invoice discrepancies or inquiries.
• Determine and mark invoices as Work & Cost Complete (WACC).
• Audit invoices to ensure no discrepancies and verify customer approval limits to proceed.
• Drag and drop invoices into appropriate events within the system.
• Execute TMCare resets as applicable.
• Process rebills for Roadside and TMCare services.
• Index invoices into the workflow system.
• Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices, and audit invoices for correct billing.
• Respond to PO line inquiries and handle overflow calls.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned within the Billing department.
