Cox Automotive in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist I to join our Billing team. You will code, audit, and process invoices and ensure accurate, timely billing for Cox Fleet while coordinating with service providers and internal teammates.

This remote-friendly role supports work anywhere in the U.S. (Cherryville, NC is an option) and requires a High School Diploma or GED; VMRS coding experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience using computers and office equipment for data entry, faxing, emailing, and document copying.
• Prior experience with VMRS coding and billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit reviews the invoice to make sure there are no discrepancies and verifying we have the customers approval limit to proceed.
• Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices, and audit invoices to ensure correct billing.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned within the Billing department.
