Job summary

EFI Global, a full-service engineering and investigation firm, is seeking a US-based telecommuter billing specialist. This full-time role creates installment and per-claim invoices, allocates revenue by client and location, and maintains revenue systems.

You will generate revenue reports, reconcile client disbursement accounts, and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers. The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Two years of billing or related experience required.
• Knowledge of general accounting practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• PC literate; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail; avoid errors in financial data and billing.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients.
• Allocate revenue to clients and company locations.
• Maintain department systems and recurring journal entries.
• Keys journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintain client billing files with current instructions and contracts.
• Produce monthly revenue vs budget variance reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
