Zusammenfassung

RethinkFirst is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to support our billing teams by reconciling therapy-session payments and posting them across billing systems. The role requires careful review of EOBs/ERAs, posting from insurance portals, and collaborating with the AR team to ensure timely reimbursements.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of payment posting experience, HIPAA awareness, and strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills to service clients and internal teams

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of payment posting experience.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Experience using insurance portals/sites.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.

Aufgaben

• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality in all client data.
• Reconcile payments posted electronically from the clearinghouse.
• Post manual payments in billing platforms (Rethink, Tebra, Azalea).
• Review EOBs and ERAs to ensure accurate postings.
• Post payments from insurance portals.
• Enroll in ERAs to reduce manual posting and track enrollment progress.
• Communicate posting trends to the AR team for client insights.
• Identify underpayments/overpayments and coordinate resolution.
• Measure and monitor key performance metrics.
• Review and interpret payor contracts when applicable.
• Foster a positive work environment for colleagues.
