Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support a team during the busy winter season. This is a fully remote contract position handling billing, payment, delivery, and emergency service inquiries from customers nationwide.

Responsibilities include handling 50+ inbound calls daily, assisting customers with billing, payments, deliveries and emergencies, and documenting interactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and basic office technology.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50+ inbound calls daily.
• Assist customers with billing, payments, deliveries, and emergency requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Utilize CX1/NICE and Cargas systems.
• Support increased call volumes during peak season (December-February).
