TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Utility Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced winter season. This fully remote contract role handles billing, payments, deliveries, and emergency service inquiries from customers nationwide.

You will manage 50+ inbound calls daily, document interactions, and use CX1/NICE and Cargas systems. The position offers weekend and storm-support overtime and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and independent work abilities.

Qualificações

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and basic office technology.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle 50+ inbound calls daily.
• Assist customers with billing, payments, deliveries, and emergency requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Utilize CX1/NICE and Cargas systems.
• Support increased call volumes during peak season (December-February).
