SouthState Bank is seeking a Corporate Billing Customer Service Representative to contact customers, obtain payment statuses on past-due invoices, and update cbCentral.

This role focuses on resolving disputes, enrolling customers for e-mail statements, and handling inbound/outbound calls with attention to accuracy and service.

The position emphasizes teamwork, proficiency in Excel/Word, and reliable communication in a supportive, community-minded bank environment.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year clerical/office work experience.
• Proficient in Excel & Word; strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Make an average of 65 calls per day.
• Research past-due invoices and document statuses in cbCentral.
• Process email/statement exceptions and disputes as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service during inbound/outbound calls.
• Escalate payment issues to Collections Management.
• Assist with training new collectors on policies and cbCentral usage.
