Job summary

SouthState Bank is seeking a Customer Care Representative to deliver outstanding service to external and internal customers from a Florida area role near Homestead. You will handle inquiries about accounts, transfers, digital banking, and payments, using empathy and product knowledge to build trust.

The position requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work 11am–8pm EST with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound call center customer service with financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems to resolve inquiries quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer inquiries with first call resolution.
• Provide timely, accurate inbound phone support with a personalized experience.
• Assist with account and digital banking questions, including MFA and password tools.
• Promote virtual branch solutions to meet customer expectations.
• Adhere to security and privacy requirements on every call.
