The ideal candidate has 2+ years of legal or professional services billing experience and is proficient with Aderant Expert and Microsoft Excel, delivering high-level client service while ensuring firm policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years in legal or professional services billing.
• 2+ years of relevant billing experience required.
• Experience with Aderant Expert and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of assigned client, attorney, and matter portfolios.
• Revise prebills and post approved changes to the accounting system; generate client invoices.
• Audit final invoices for compliance with firm policies and client guidelines.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely billing and collections.
• Configure and manage electronic billing profiles for e-billing vendors.
• Collaborate with Finance to fulfill reporting and analytical requests.
