Job summary

Wheels, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage inbound client and vendor inquiries with professionalism. The role focuses on resolving requests, maintaining relationships, and supporting workflow improvements in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fully remote, full-time, second-shift position (10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. EST) with a 30-minute lunch, requiring 3+ years in billing or customer service and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years billing and/or customer service experience.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel (Lookups, Pivot tables, Formulas).
• AS400 ISeries, JD Edwards, and Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish speaking required.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, analyzing, and completing vendor and client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Identify root causes of inquiries and assist management with workflow improvements.
• Review, analyze, and process billing and payment of vendor invoices.
• Manage 3rd party payment services and extract payable reporting.
• Reconcile vendor statements and analyze client invoicing reports.
