Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years experience in Health Insurance (Affordable Care Act) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to accommodate rotating shifts as required by operational needs.
• 3+ years experience in related field (Preference).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service with a positive demeanor.
