Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to handle B2B billing operations for retailer partners in a remote setting. You will calculate, generate, and deliver invoices using Oracle Fusion templates and spreadsheets while processing memos and validating terms per contracts and SOPs.

The role requires collaboration with global stakeholders, experience with Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting, and strong Excel and Google Workspace skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B billing operations and templates in Oracle Fusion or similar systems.
• Ability to review commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing, and Mode BI Reporting is preferred.
• Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills for data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates; ensure invoice accuracy.
• Conduct peer reviews and reconciliations and respond to billing inquiries; escalate disputes as needed.
