The role requires reviewing contracts and SOPs, performing reconciliations, and responding to billing inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing, and Mode BI Reporting.
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with diverse, global stakeholders, including BPO partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
• Follow defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests.
