Eliassen Group seeks a Billing Analyst to execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners in a remote, W2 capacity. The role covers invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheets, plus handling credit/debit memos and dispute resolution.

You'll review contracts, adhere to SOPs for accurate billing terms, and support month-end close with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Mode BI, and Oracle Fusion is required.

Formación

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
• Ability to work remotely with diverse, global stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
• Follow controls to support month-end close and audit requests.
