Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners in a fully remote setup. The role uses Oracle and spreadsheet templates for invoice calculation, generation, and delivery, and covers processing memos, contract review, and month-end close support.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting, plus intermediate Excel and Google Workspace skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing, and Mode BI Reporting.
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
• Follow defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests.
