Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners in a remote setting. The role involves calculating, generating, and delivering invoices using Oracle and templates, processing memos, and ensuring accuracy through reviews and reconciliations.

The position supports month-end close and audits, working with Salesforce, JIRA, Mode BI, and Oracle Fusion. W2 consultants receive medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and life insurance benefits.

Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing, and Mode BI Reporting.
Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
Ability to work remotely with diverse, global stakeholders, including BPO partners.

Responsibilities

Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
Review commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
Follow defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests.
