Qualifications

• Experience with B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
• Follow defined controls to support month-end close and audit requests.
