Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice preparation and delivery using Oracle and Excel templates. This role supports month-end close and audit processes while collaborating with global stakeholders in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate will review contracts for billing terms, process memos, and conduct reconciliations. Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, Mode BI, and Excel is expected, with W22 benefits offered for

Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing and Mode BI Reporting.
Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
Review commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
Follow defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests.
