Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage B2B billing for retailer partners in a remote setting. Responsibilities include invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle templates, plus processing memos and ensuring accuracy through reviews.

The role supports month-end close and audits in a global, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates have experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting, and are proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft

Formación

Experience with B2B billing operations and SaaS environments.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, Mode BI Reporting.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel.

Responsabilidades

Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
Review contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy.
Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
Follow defined controls to support month-end close and audits.
