Eliassen Group is assisting a client in hiring a billing analyst for remote B2B operations across retailer partners. You will calculate, generate, and deliver invoices using Oracle and spreadsheet templates, process memos, review contracts, and support month-end close and audits.

The role requires experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting, plus strong Excel and Google Workspace skills, in a B2B SaaS context, working with global teams.

Formación

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA and Mode BI Reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
• Ability to work remotely with diverse, global stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconciliations for invoice accuracy.
• Respond to billing inquiries and route disputes to seniors.
• Follow controls to support month-end close and audits.
