Job summary

Reserv is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Commercial Claims Adjuster for Auto Damage. The role focuses on guiding customers through the claim process, triaging inventory, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve workflows.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of three years in transportation claims and a valid adjuster license, with a proactive, customer-centric mindset and willingness to work remotely to support nationwide operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; lack of one not blocking if other qualifications are met.
• Active adjuster license required: resident state or DHS license.
• Minimum 3 years of transportation claims adjusting experience.
• Knowledge of state regulations, policy provisions, and SOPs.
• Willingness to obtain all licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, high-quality customer service to policyholders and claimants by handling calls and claims.
• Gather necessary information to initiate claims and explain policy, coverage, and actions.
• Manage inventory of claims, establish initial reserves, and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate repair of damaged vehicles and assist with rental reimbursement.
• Identify subrogation and salvage opportunities and assess total loss.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policy provisions and SOPs.
• Negotiate settlements within approved payment authority.
• Contribute to development of claims guidelines and process improvements.
• Oversee external investigators and coordinate with client counsel as needed.
• Continue learning about personal lines claims, court decisions, and policy changes.
